A couple of weeks ago, we announced that we were joining the #movingforward movement. Today, we are excited to share that Uncork Capital has made a 3-year commitment to fund Project Callisto, a non-profit online platform that will help tech founders privately report professional sexual coercion and sexual assault committed by investors.

We’re grateful to team Callisto, Founder & CEO Jess Ladd and CTO Anjana Rajan, for providing a missing piece in the fight against sexual misconduct, harassment and assault: a reporting mechanism where victims can anonymously receive support, get advice on their options, and have the ability to escalate their story as they choose. Once a repeat offender is detected by Callisto, the system will connect their victims so they can decide on a reporting strategy.

We’re thrilled to be supporting this initiative with our friends at Greylock Partners, First Round, Capricorn’s Technology Impact Fund, DCVC (Data Collective) and Obvious Ventures. We hope that more of our peers join Jess and Anjana to provide them the resources to protect founders and executives from any form of sexual violence. It’s time for these aggressions to stop once and for all.
