Introducing the Dome9 Cloud Protection Partner Program

Today we launched our new channel partner program, the Dome9 Cloud Protection Partner Program. This program is designed to help resellers, distributors and managed service provider partners to meet the growing demand for comprehensive multi-cloud security from their enterprise customers. This program has been in the works for a while now. It provides structure to the relationship between Dome9 and its channel partners, and clarifies incentives (margins and discounts), enablement and engagement model with different types of partners. The program is led by Jim Sortino, Dome9’s global VP of sales and channels.

As more enterprise customers embrace a cloud-first and cloud-only approach in deciding where to run applications, there is a growing need for enterprise class solutions and services around security, cost control and governance. Partners that tried to use on-premise products found these products to be inadequate to address the needs of cloud IaaS environments. The Dome9 solution offers best-in-class infrastructure security, compliance and governance in public cloud environments with a technology platform that allows partners to serve their customers better. The Dome9 Arc SaaS platform is a force multiplier that offers full security orchestration capabilities combining deep visualization, active protection, and automation to make cloud workload security easier.

To help us with expanding our cloud security enterprise reach, we have partnered with a global distributor of security and infrastructure solutions, Westcon-Comstor, providing a specialty partner network that reaches over 70+ countries across 6 continents. Westcon-Comstor will launch this service to its AWS partners in APAC first. Westcon-Comstor AWS resellers in this region that have AWS certifications can provision the Dome9 solution though Westcon-Comstor’s BlueSky Cloud and Service Management Platform.

We are targeting AWS, Azure and GCP certified Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and resellers primarily in North America, as well as channel distributors in EMEA and ANZ, to join its Cloud Protection Partner Program. We recognize the value and the opportunity that channel partners bring to the table and are committed to helping partners solve real customer needs while accelerating their business.
