Mid-level Lawyer @ Axon Partners (Dnipro)

Hey there!

We need a mid-level lawyer to work at the client’s office within our “dedicated legal team” service. We are looking for neither Superman nor the rock-star. Just be yourself, please and be ready to work in a teal law firm.

There are just a few requirements.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have a strong legal skill set, affection for legal services and IT business, as well as:

- Superb legal research, analytic and drafting skills;

- Self-motivation and good self-management skills;

- Ability to code smart contracts in the XP mode, good hacking skills and

- Sense of humor.

- Advanced English, fluent Ukrainian, and Russian;

- 3+ years with the law firm or as a legal freelance.

Responsibilities

You will spend most of your time at one client (at the cozy office of the IT company right in the center of Dnipro) as part of the distributed team. You will be

- Drafting and negotiating contracts;

- Taking care of corporate, international tax and IP issues;

- Talking to humans.
