Stopping your reference image from tiling

So you just started a new project and set up your reference planes then you applied your reference image using a shader and you see your image tile. You might wonder why is it tiling since you made sure to have the plane the same dimension as your image. Thankfully the fix is quite simple.
Steps
Step 1) Open Material Editor
Step 2) Double click on your shader
This shader should be the one which uses the Bitmap image as the diffuse color. Now the setting you need to uncheck is called “Face Map”.
Conclusion
Once you uncheck this setting you then get the expected behavior.
