The uFEWO collection on Unicly will liquidate on Nov 15, 2021 3pm UTC. When the collection liquidates, each NFT will be distributed to its highest bidder and the ETH proceeds will be distributed among $uFEWO token holders.

This will be the first FEWOCiOUS’ art auction since London Sotheby’s in October! The collection consists of 23 NFTs, the majority of which are one-of-one editions.

Q: What are the fees?
A: There are zero platform fees for the auction. Only Ethereum gas fees apply.

Q: Is this a batch auction?
A: No, each NFT can be purchased individually. However they will all be sold to the highest bidders in unison.

Q: When can I bid for the NFTs?

A: You can bid anytime between and the time the collection gets liquidated.

Q: When will the collection get liquidated?
A: It will happen on Nov 15th 3pm UTC.

Q: How does the liquidation happen?
A: If 50% of uFEWO token holders vote to unlock the collection, the NFTs get sold to the highest bidder.

Q: What currency do I use to bid for the NFTs?
A: Bids are done in ETH only. No need to own uFEWO to bid.

Q: If I get outbid, how do I get my ETH back?
A: There will be a “claim” button to get your ETH back.

Q: Once the collection gets liquidated, what happens to the NFTs and to the ETH?
A: The highest bidder for each NFT will be eligible to claim the NFT. The ETH from the highest bids will be distributed to uFEWO holders on a pro rata basis. If you own 1% of uFEWO tokens, you will be eligible to claim 1% of the ETH from the top bids.

Q: What if nobody bids for an NFT?
A: If the gallery gets liquidated and there are no bids, the NFT gets burned. So make sure to bid at least a small amount!

Q: I am staking uFEWO and farming UNIC tokens. What happens to my staked position?
A: As soon as the collection liquidates, uFEWO will no longer be eligible to receive staking rewards. You can still remove your liquidity and claim your fair share of ETH proceeds from the auction.

A: No, every NFT in this collection is sold as an NFT only.
