Unido TGE: 24 Hour Countdown Begins

With around 24 hours remaining until the much-anticipated Unido $UDO Token Generation Event (TGE), we would like to take this opportunity to thank our community and supporters. The journey so far has been truly spectacular, and we wish everyone the best as the $UDO TGE is quickly approaching.

However, it also means that there are some precautions you should take to protect your investment. Please read this official notice carefully.

Polkastarter IDO

The first event of the Unido $UDO TGE will be the Polkastarter IDO. The IDO time has been set to 12 PM (noon) UTC on February 26, 2021.

The IDO participants have been whitelisted, with a total number of up to 500 participants. 250 participants were chosen in each round, over the course of 2 rounds. The breakdown between POLS holders and non-POLS holders has been split as 50–50, to ensure fairer participation.

All whitelisted participants were required to complete KYC. Please be aware of any fraudulent attempts of anyone selling a “secret whitelist” spot. Such claims are untrue and are definitely scams.

Uniswap Listing

The next event of the Unido $UDO TGE will be the DEX listing, on Uniswap. The listing will happen shortly after Polkastarter IDO. The exact time of the listing will not be announced, in order to prevent malicious actors from setting up fake contract addresses to lure in unsuspecting Unido community members.

Expected Changes in the Community

During the Unido $UDO TGE, the official Telegram community will be muted. This allows important information to not be lost and also prevents anyone impersonating either the community moderators or members of the Unido team.

Important Notification

The Unido team or the community moderators will never send you a message first.
All emails coming from Unido can be verified by asking the community moderators. There will be no official emails from Unido being sent after 00:00 UTC on February 26, 2021. If you believe you have received an email from the Unido team, please verify with the community moderators. Once the community chat has been muted, there will be no official emails being sent from the Unido team.
The team is not engaged in selling tokens. There are no secret whitelists, open investment slots, discounted tokens, or alternative websites for token sales. After the Polkastarter IDO, the only place to participate in token trading will be Uniswap.
There are multiple fake $UDO tokens on Uniswap. Please do not attempt to search for it before the official announcement has been made. Only use the direct link which will be included in the official announcement on Twitter and Telegram. It will also be pinned on our official Twitter profile.

There may be other highly sophisticated scam attempts happening. Please use your best judgment. If in doubt, it is always best to be sceptical.

Uniswap Launch Volatility

The Unido team is committed to providing a smooth launch for everyone involved. Over recent times, DEX launches were often impacted by bot attacks. Bots cause volatility to the trading prices of newly-listed tokens. The impact of these bots is often the highest during the first 15 to 30 minutes of the launch.

While the team is fully committed to providing the best experience for our supporters, there are only limited actions the team can do to prevent these bot attacks. Always remember to trade responsibly.
