This article shares the story of how Unifi Protocol began and grew. We tell this story for an important reason. Our team members came from the community and the community is still very much a part of the team. It is not too late for YOU to be a part of the Unifi team. Unifi is always looking for team members who have the desire to be part of a different type of blockchain organization. Read on to see different ways to be a part of Unifi’s continued success.

Unifi Protocol — A Growing Team

When the Unifi Protocol was first introduced, the Unifi team was made entirely of volunteers who saw the vision of what was to come. In late 2020, Unifi Protocol was listed as a Binance Launchpool project and the UNIFI token was introduced. Unifi began to grow quickly. Dedicated volunteers from the community became dedicated core team members. The full time team was supported by many more volunteers, all of whom were former community members. Spurred by the success of Unifi, the team continues to grow. Unifi Protocol continues to be a leader in blockchain innovation and is working to ensure this will continue for many years to come.

The astounding fact is the entire core team and the majority of all Unifi team members started as ordinary community members, who were passionate about the project. They contributed to the community, and communicated to others their desire to be more involved. Contributing members of the community often make the best teammates, and there are many ways to contribute.

In the past weeks and months, Unifi has added team members focused on Marketing, Development (Frontend, Backend, cross-chain, staking), NFTs, Graphic Design, Human Resources, Operations, Community Development, and Business Development. Unifi is always on the lookout for future team members who demonstrate their value through serving the community. Anyone willing to work hard, serve the community, tackle problems with positive energy, and has a desire to learn, has something they can contribute to make this community better.

Unifi Protocol continues to be a leader in blockchain innovation and is working to ensure this will continue for many years to come.

Those who have joined Unifi’s Community Telegram channel have seen community members designated with the label ‘Community Expert.’ These are members who have shown exemplary knowledge, coupled with the willingness and ability to assist others on a wide variety of topics related to Unifi. One of Unifi’s newest team members is a former Community Expert who stood out with their passion and enthusiasm for the community.

Contributing members of the community often make the best teammates, and there are many ways to contribute.

Unifi’s Community Experts have greater access to the Unifi team, and become a part of the easiest and most successful path to becoming a member of the Unifi team.

Here’s How to Join the Team

If you’re interested in getting more involved and joining our growing team, the best way to do that is to get noticed. We are constantly looking out for community members who demonstrate value, and that could show up in a number of different ways. Just some examples of adding value are being present, active, and helpful on any of our social media platforms. Demonstrate a true understanding of DeFi or the Unifi ecosystem and tokenomics. Create Memes, GIFs, video tutorials, or contribute to community member recruitment — these are all valuable contributions and enrich the entire community.
