BLUENOON IS LAUNCHING GELATO WITH UNION KITCHEN

Bluenoon produces delicious, creamy gelato in flavors and textures inspired by the Middle East and South Asia.

Hiba A and Hiba J, a pair of friends, fell in love with gelato. They loved everything about — the texture, the flavor, the taste! They wanted to combine this passion for gelato with their heritage. Using flavors from their roots in Pakistan and Syria, they created Blue Noon.
