JEM FERMENTS IS LAUNCHING CANNED WATER KEFIR WITH UNION KITCHEN

Jem Ferments is launching three flavors of canned water kefir: Orange Ginger, Black Cherry Lemon and Strawberry Lime!

It all started in Malaysia, where Jem Ferments founders stumbled upon a local night market where they met a lady selling a delightfully bubbly, sweet and refreshing drink. Excited by how freaking delicious it was, they inquired about it further. It was water kefir, a fermented probiotic soda! Long story short, Jem Ferments ended up talking to her all night, and she even invited them to her home to show them how she made it!

Fast forward a few months later, and Jem Ferments had set up their own little fermentation factories stateside. Water kefir was a hit with friends and family, and they realized water kefir was not a secret they wanted to keep to themselves. And so began their mission to bring the magic of their travels to grocery store shelves today!
