Internship is the training process which guides and motivates the students to gain more knowledge in the field they are interested.Most of the people think that the internships are only for engineering students.But the internships are also for arts students.There are companies providing internships for arts such as B.com,M.com and MBA students related to Financial Management & Accounting,Cash & Treasury,Taxation & Investment,Equity,Audit,Risk & Insurance,Merchant Banking,Mergers.

Internship is a type of training, which involves the educational or vocational institutes have an arrangement with the industrial institutes to provide practical knowledge to students.Sometimes, the companies also offer the pre-placement offers to the trainees on the basis of their performance during their internship program.

An intern works at a company for a fixed period of time, usually three to six months. Some students will have a part-time internship in which they work at the office for just a few days or hours per week.Others will have full-time internships, meaning they work the same hours as the company’s full-time employees. Internship can be any time of the year, including over the summer and during the regular quarter, trimester or semester.

Hence attending the internship is more important for all the students and also it paves way for job offers.
