Another two weeks have passed, so it is time to give a detailed update to our community! We will be overviewing the big update of Uniqly Genesis Collection, improvements of the Generator, the Claiming Module uses, and news about the upcoming Influencer Shop and much more!
Uniqly Genesis Collection Update
The most important topic in today’s update is definitely our Genesis Collection.
To give you some background, some time ago, we have run into an issue in the smart contract used for the Genesis Collection that was not spotted in the external audit. This issue led to the split of the collections to the two smart contracts and by that wrong rarity indexes.
The above mention issue and the inability to trade our collection on OpenSea (even though on Rarible everything works fine) led us to the decision of migrating the collection to a new smart contract.
Due to that, several updates will be made.
Firstly, the most important point is the fact that all NFT holders of Uniqly Genesis Collection will be airdropped with their corresponding NFT from the new smart contract deployed, alongside the bonuses. By that, each holder will receive exactly the same NFT T-shirt but on a new, updated smart contract.
Other important updates that will be implemented in the new collection:
- Uniqly Genesis Collection on new smart contract will be tradeable on OpenSea.
It was a very important point to us, as we know how important the secondary market in NFT space is.
- The rarity of the items will be updated.
Due to the separation of the collection into the two smart contracts, the rarity index of the NFTs were not correct. Together with the launch of the new smart contract, the rarity of each item will be updated, reaching the same values as on the website once all T-shirts will be sold.
- Claiming of the Genesis Collection will be opened after the migration.
We know that you are waiting to materialize your NFTs from the Genesis Collection to the form of physical items. However, keeping in mind the migration, we decided to open this feature on the new smart contract not to mix both.
- Old NFTs from the Genesis Collection will be unusable.
The NFTs from the old Genesis Collection will not be claimable and specially signed with information about the migration.
Together with the smart contract update, we also decided to slightly change the model for the rest of the Genesis Collection.
- The rest of the NFTs from the Genesis Collection will be sold in a flat price model, with a fixed price of 0.08 ETH.
- NFTs will be automatically revealed after the purchase.
- More utility for the Genesis Collection will be added along with the development of the platform.
As we believe that our Genesis Collection will stick with us for good, we did not want to close it earlier or reduce the supply. From our perspective it has an important value for the project and the whole platform. Because of that, we will increase the utility of the NFTs from Genesis Collection within our ecosystem, giving the holders additional benefits in the future.
The new smart contract for Genesis Collection is ready to be deployed. The update will be implemented within the next few days.
Generator Improvements
The feedback given to us by the community helped a lot in updating our NFT Generator feature for the first time.
We added a layered system to help creators design their products with more precision, changed the image limit to 5 MB from 2 MB for more flexibility and higher-resolution uploads, and added a reminder about the design of the backside of the product.
Going forward, we will keep improving our Generator tool, so we welcome the community to keep giving us precious feedback!
Claiming Module Uses
We have seen the Claiming Module come to life in its first version, giving users the ability to materialize the Uniqly NFTs to the physical form.
As of now, you are able to claim only Uniqly Generator NFTs, while other collections will be opened within the following few days.
At the moment, users have two options to claim their products: Standard Claiming and Claiming with User Verification. Both ways are described in the Claiming Module Tutorial that we have released recently.

As with each of our products, we plan to keep improving it and implementing new features.
In the future, we are willing to add an option to request user verification after the item has been claimed.
Influencers Shop news
Moving forward, the biggest amount of work is being done towards the release of our Influencers Shop and the Marketplace.
The Influencers Shop will be a key tool not only for the creators but also for all users alike. It will feature a complete list of Uniqly Influencers and their related stores where you will be able to buy their merchandise.
Quality of life updates and future updates
Other smaller, but no less important updates have been made to our platform.
The Big NFT Distribution event has been announced, where we will be sending all the rewards that were put on hold due to the enhanced efforts aimed at product development.
Our other features are being kept up to date with the bigger ones, like the Accelerator, which has received a quality of life update and will now show a landing page for the IDOs of our partners.
We added an informational video in the “Why Uniqly” section, for the brief overview of our project, Claiming Module, and the Proof of Authenticity. Another video was added to the “Buy Uniqly” page.
Last but not least, we are working hard on our marketing campaign to prepare for our big update in the beginning of September.
Uniqly Project Update #2 is over, and we are happy to provide more insight into the inner works of our project.
Going forward, we plan to always keep the community aware of what’s going on behind the scenes, both with this format and with our other media, like our Telegram channels and our official Twitter account.
