We enter (born) onto this planet. With the human condition, we are aware of our mortality and it stirs anxiety & desire. A polarizing force of awe and dread has us in psychological limbo. What we have here is a balance problem. When you balance two weighted sides, you reach stability, a serenity. Psychologically speaking, it is a condition of inner peace & fluidity. From Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, it is at the place of balance you begin a swift journey from Self-esteem to Self-transcendence.

We have seen that religion doesn’t necessarily bring balance. Neither culture. Nor even self-indulgence. What if the solution is an attitude beyond ideologies? Our egotistical and anxious attitudes are remaining the same despite the diversity of paradigms. Fortunately, there are great leads from the attempts. Cultural Wisdom & Customs are great resources in understanding the Attitude. Religion & Philosophy also contain great insights of the Attitude. Poetry, Arts & Fiction are also extremely rich resources of the aesthetics of the Attitude. Science & Math also contain vital observations to always consider for the Attitude. All in all, the Attitude is found in wisdom & consciousness.

The key to balance, serenity, and intelligence is in the surrender to Love and Consciousness. The root of the anxiety of death is from the ego which is attached to the body and its self-image. This is where testing/experimentation will need to be done. What if we experiment how Love & Consciousness can transform our anxiety to an acceptance & embrace?

Do we have two selves? My hypothesis is that we have an ego and a Grand “I”. Poetically, we have a self and a Self. What is the nature of the Self? The answer is found in stripping away the small self, ego. The Self is found in the phrase “I am that I am” from Judeo-Christian Theology. It may have occurred to a few people but aren’t we all sharing consciousness/awareness? The essence of consciousness is pure. Our egos are born from consciousness and its experiences. Consciousness is an inherent activity, like the beating heart. Death is the end of consciousness. If I am not Rene Francois, Who am I? Who are you? If we are from consciousness, we are each other. We are what we see and feel and hear. This is it and it is you.

An experiment in observing behavioral changes from realizing the “Big Picture”, or how I like to say “The Dream”, will allow us qualitatively & quantitatively assess esteem and emotional states. As well as, We observe from the practice of the attitude and creating an environment of the attitude from the “Big Picture”. Further, the potent question of “Why?” is a great trigger of the depth of consciousness in understanding roadblocks that are distorting consciousness. Does our level of consciousness affect our behavior? What is the quality of pure consciousness? What specifically distorts/limits consciousness? What if it is bias, anxiety, and trauma are some distortions?

The second half of the key is Love. We can test just like with Death Anxiety Experiment but use Love as the trigger. The Consciousness testing & measuring merges into the Power of Love Experiment. Love is a magical condition. Love contains something that we haven’t fully understood. We are preoccupied with anxiety, depression, psychopathy, and more disorders that we fail to look into the Ordering Tools of the Mind. Bruce Lee, Stoicism, Sufism, and Eastern Philosophies are some gold mines into the practice. A modern myth called Fullmetal Alchemist also dives into how powerful Love is and the nature of the Ego.

It is imperative that we are clear what Love is. Is Lust love? Is desire love? Loves doesn’t possess for that is desire and fear. Desire & Fear is a trait of the ego. Love gives. Desire takers. Matchers are still takers because they desire something from you in order to give. Love is giving without the desire of returns. Love is open and caring. Love sets free. Love is a sacrifice, the gift. It is in the heart of the Hero, the Explorer & the Steward to serve.

Is a Loving environment a safe environment?

Psychologically, we are in a mindset trap. Dualism and the Observing in Binary is hindering our balance. What if we live in a Triad? What if we live in a Trinary existence? What is the third? Isn’t the Third the union of opposites? Joining hot and cold creates warm. Joining male and female creates new life.

So, Between Anxiety and Desire, what is the middle from the union? Love. One can die in Love. We can die in the arms of our loved one. We can die in the act of our love. Isn’t love a letting go for something outside of yourself? What if love is the realization of the Oneness? And so, what we use our current fleeting time on shows where we are putting our Love. Is it in Fear? in Desire? or back in the Love? If we all had the same name, wouldn’t it be Love? We would not be here without love or even the perverted love, Lust. What helps us survive is a deep love of what we are conscious of, right? We want to continue until our time is up; until we return from whence we came.

In Closing, the gripping questions for humans are “What is my purpose?” & “What is the meaning to life?”. Isn’t that Love? What we love? Who we love? Why we love? How can we observe self-actualization with measuring where Love (life energy) is being channeled? Are we appreciating life or exploiting life? How can we fall in love with death to fully appreciate life? How can we transform from “I think/believe therefore I am” to “I am the I am”? How can we use Love to transform death into not an ending but a farewell? We are all just visiting. As we have come, we shall go. Humans are stewards. Life becomes beautiful. We are already in the Garden of Eden.

Love to Live. Live to Love.

Love to Die. Die to Love.
