Our Austin office has over 350 employees from a variety of teams including; Recruiting, Legal, HR, Software Engineering, Partnership Operations, Finance, Security Engineering and many more!

What activities have you been part of at Unity Austin?
My top 3 activities that I have recently taken part in are:
- Unity Austin Office Grand Opening: This was so much fun and included a petting zoo, caricature artist and even a DJ!
- Unity’s 17th Birthday — we celebrated this with a full catered breakfast and mimosas
- Unity Austin Pride Celebration — for this we put together hygiene and pantry goods kits for OutYouth here in Austin. Our Workplace Experience (WE) team also brought in drag queens as a fab surprise!
What are your favorite perks of the Unity Austin office?
Unity provides free delicious lunch in the office every weekday which is a perk I love! We even have a new menu each week letting us know what’s going to be on offer.
On the topic of food, the unlimited tasty snacks are another of my top office perks.
I also love being able to bring visitors into the office. As long as they are over 12 years old and vaccinated, guests are welcome to enjoy the Unity office space.
Finally I enjoy the office views. From the patio and our Roundup Cafe, you can see the Austin skyline which makes me smile every time!
Where are your favorite local points of interest?
- Lady Bird Lake: from walking the trails, paddle-boarding, seeing the infamous bats under the bridge, to riding retro boats, Lady Bird Lake is the place to be. Barton Springs pool is also a great place to take a dip in the Austin summer heat
- BBQ: Austin is known for having amazing BBQ options. Franklin, Terry Black’s, and Stubb’s are a few local favorites
- Live Music Capital of the World: Austin was named the “Live Music Capital of the World” in 1990 after it was discovered that Austin had more live music venues per capita than anywhere else in the nation. From festivals, events, concerts to shows, Austin has it all
- JuiceLand: this is a personal favorite of mine. JuiceLand originated right here in Austin, and is a healthy juice store that serves juice, smoothies, acai bowls, and even food options. Definitely worth a try!
- The Greenbelt. this is for all of the nature lovers out there! The greenbelt is miles and miles of walking and hiking trails right in the heart of Austin
What are the commuting options to Unity Austin?
There are multiple commuting options to get to Unity Austin! Most people drive to work — there is parking along the street as well as a parking garage at our building (405 Comal Street, Austin TX 78702), and parking in the garage is $10/day. There is also a metrorail that is located only a few blocks from the Unity office.
