Take a peek at our new Austin office’s buildout, powered by Unity Reflect.

Our Office

Unity Austin is located only a half block from the MetroRail station at Plaza Saltillo and minutes to downtown. This convenient location also offers three levels of underground parking. Almost 30,000 square feet of comfort and sophistication make this an ideal work environment!

Unity is also building a new Austin office location! The building will be located in Austin’s Eastside District. Once this is built (ETA summer 2021), we will relocate all folks from our existing office to our brand new location.

Who we are:

Here at this office, we have a variety of different teams that work closely together such as Recruiting, Engineering, HR, and UX. One unique thing about working in this office is we always work closely together, collaborating on new designs, building relationships with different teams, and learning about their experiences and ideas! Get ready to meet your Austin colleagues and go bold!

The Bond Collection features a few amenities, such as complimentary craft beer, coffee, and first-class business services like package and mail handling. In our free time, we love to bond with other team members and do fun activities such as happy hour, axe throwing, and bowling.

What do we do for fun?

We love to throw a little fun into the mix of our workdays! Around the end of lunchtime or the end of the day, you can catch us playing fun board games or relaxing and grabbing a coffee in our lounge area.

Unity also hosts a variety of fun office events, such as monthly game nights, happy hours, and company celebrations!

Our City

What to see

Austin is home to all things outdoors and nature! This amazing city has an exciting number of things to do, from hiking trails, concerts at Zilker Park, to paddleboarding on Lady Bird Lake and shopping on South Congress!

Here’s a list of some popular spots nearby:

  • Zilker Park: A recreational area in south Austin at the juncture of Barton Creek and the Colorado River that comprises over 350 acres of publicly owned land. It is named after its benefactor, Andrew Jackson Zilker, who donated the land to the city in 1917.
  • Barton Springs Pool: Within Zilker Park’s 358 acres lies one of the crown jewels of Austin — Barton Springs Pool. The pool itself measures three acres in size and is fed from underground springs with an average temperature of 68–70 degrees, ideal for year-round swimming.
  • ACL: The Austin City Limits Music Festival is an annual music festival held in Zilker Park in Austin on two consecutive three-day weekends.
  • South Congress: On a sunny day, there’s no place like the SoCo district in Austin. Fabulous restaurants, funky vintage shops, chic boutiques, cool bars, and live music. Always, live music!

Where to eat

Austin is known for food trucks, tacos and much more! Here are a few of Austin’s favorite restaurants and go-to’s for lunch or dinner.

  • Terry Blacks BBQ: Austin is known for the best BBQ! This spot is a spacious, casual stop for pit-smoked meats & homemade sides from famous 4th-generation pitmasters.
  • Homeslice: A independent neighborhood pizza joint serving authentic NY-style pizza — by the slice or pie.
  • Juliet: Enjoy the evening on their patio while sipping on their famous Aperol spritz and indulge in some pasta! They also have live music on the weekends.
  • Tumble 22: Hot chicken anyone? Nashville-style hot chicken joint with southern sides, and milkshakes.
  • ATX Concina: Your everyday modern Mexican food with a twist of seafood and yummy margaritas! Also, the best happy hour around town.

Where to drink

  • Two Hands: Austin’s first Australian Café Shop which serves up a full menu with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Jo’s Coffee: Check out Jo’s! They have two different locations and the famous mural Austin that is known for “I love you so much”.
  • Cosmic Coffee: Not only do they serve coffee but have various beers on tap. It’s a great spot to take your dog hang out on their patio, have a bite and a drink.
  • Juiceland: One of Austin’s favorites for a quick fresh juice or smoothie!
  • Houndstooth: Houndstooth has six locations in Austin and Dallas, but the one on North Lamar is the original. Their roasted coffee, Tweed, is a longtime favorite for the Austin community. With a clean, modern atmosphere, this coffee shop aims to be a pattern in your daily routine.
