I’ve covered so far our vision, roadmap, how our oracle and liquidity pool work, and, lastly, how Uniwhale 1.0 is shaping up to be.
We are now getting very very close to launching on BNB Chain Testnet, which will be packed with lots of rewards for active participants. There will be a comprehensive guide on this soon, so please watch out for when it is published!
On our roadmap, I mentioned that we will be focusing on rewarding early participants, NFT holders and DeFi users. You may have also already participated in some of the quests we are hosting with our friends at Quest3, where you can be whitelisted for our NFT giveaways.
So what NFT are we talking about? Why is this so important? I would like to spend today sharing more details on that — our Genesis Pass.

- 10% reduction in spread for trading: The spread is the difference between the bid and ask prices for an asset, and it’s typically expressed as a percentage of the trade value. With the Genesis Pass, you’ll pay lower trading spreads when you trade on Uniwhale.
- 5% yield boosting for staking: You can stake your Uniwhale LP token(ULP) or Uniwhale governance token (UNW), and you have the opportunity to participate in the revenue-sharing process. With the Genesis Pass, you’ll earn a higher percentage of these rewards when you stake your tokens.

To date, 5 such quests already ended, and 14 quests are currently underway. These quests have been a great success and are very popular with our community. So far, more than 500 Genesis Pass whitelists have been claimed.
