I guide organisations in designing their optimum marketing strategy. I coach teams to find a personal and joint optimum. I coach (supervisory) boards in retrospecting personal and professional performance and governance. I provide workshops in areas such as business and leadership essentials and personal development, as well as burnout and adversity.
