We live on the brink of Industry 4.0 which fundamentally alters the way we live, work, play, relate to each other, structure our organisations, lead and learn. To remain successful, we need to transform the obsolete mental and organisational models that do not serve us anymore and shift our attention from what we are trying to avoid to what we want to bring into reality.
My attention today is placed on supporting the future of leadership, work and learning in the now. For me that means supporting and collaborating with people and organisations on a mission of building a better future by encouraging the emergence of purpose- and values-driven organisations which empower people to live and work by their values, intuition and inspiration.
