Our Partner Roles
Board Advisors are persons with deeper knowledge and experience in one specific area or a specific cross-functional and multidisciplinary expertise that is of value for the client. A Board Advisor will provide their expert knowledge, understanding and strategic thinking in the industry of the client. Board Advisors have qualities to complement the existing board of directors of our clients in order to strengthen their advisory board. They will give focus to or sometimes challenge research and intelligence work being done in the company, thus avoiding group-think and giving direction on big-picture issues.
Business Connectors are the people who know large numbers of people and who are in the habit of making introductions. They usually know people across an array of social, cultural, professional, and economical circles, and make a habit of introducing people who work or live in different circles. They are people who link us up with the world, people with a special gift for bringing the world together. They have a truly extraordinary knack for making friends and acquaintances. The success of Business Connectors is their ability to span many different worlds, it is a function of something intrinsic to their personality, some combination of curiosity, self-confidence, sociability, energy and their desire to form connections with revenue generating clients. We are open to partnering with Business Connectors from around the globe and who have diverse connections within their local city, across organisations and beyond.
Event Organisers hosts events such as festivals, workshops, etc. It involves studying the brand, identifying its target audience, devising the event concept, holding the space and coordinating the technical aspects before actually launching the event. Event Organisers will plan, coordinate and host events. They are accountable for the operational part of the event and holding the space during it. Event Organisers will manage operational aspects like budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans. At the end of the event, they will lead an evaluation process to understand it’s leadership impact for our clients.
Executive Coaches are people that partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Executive Coaches honour the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve, encourage client self-discovery, elicit client-generated solutions and strategies and hold the client responsible and accountable. This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.
Expert Mentors are people who share their own personal and professional life lessons with a client and in this way assist them in learning something that they might not have learned on their own or potentially would have taken much longer. By sharing such life lessons mentors have an inﬂuence on the professional, personal and spiritual growth of the client thus supporting them on the journey of unleashing their full potential. Great mentors appreciate that the essence of any mentoring relationship is the relationship itself and that most effective mentoring relationships grow and develop in a way that is often unpredictable in the beginning but always maximizes the exchange of value between both parties.
Financial Experts with extensive international experience on finance and funding with an open mindset.

Participatory Facilitators are trainers who do not operate under the traditional concept of teaching, but rather is meant to guide and assist participants in learning for themselves. They have experience in facilitating meetings; a comfort level with participants with diverse backgrounds; and knowledge of meeting management techniques such as establishing ground rules, creating and managing meeting agendas, and managing discussions and decisions. They have the skills to successfully lead a meeting, practice active listening and ask questions that create clarity and provoke the collective intelligence of the group. They will take a group of people through a leadership lab, understand their common objectives and assist them to plan how to achieve these objectives; in doing so, the facilitator remains neutral meaning they do not take a particular position in the discussion.
Product Designers create experiences for events with a focus placed on the quality of the human experience and culturally relevant solutions. Designers draw from many disciplines, for example, including cognitive psychology and perceptual psychology, linguistics, cognitive science, theatre, visualization, ethnography, interaction design, service design, storytelling, game-thinking, embodiment, and design thinking. Designers are responsible for designing humane experiences which contribute to the leadership growth of our clients.
Social Media Expert
Social Media Experts with a creative mindset and a focus on optimising SEO and with proven experience in growing the following social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter.
Systemic Researchers diligently and systematically inquiry or investigation into a subject in order to discover or revise facts, theories, applications, etc. Researchers are responsible for providing profound insights which support Designers to design new leaderships experiences. Understands the needs of our target group.
Technology Creators develop inspiring digital experiences to provide a learning and growth space for the participants. This may include, but not limited to, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality experiences.
Venue Owners provide inspiring physical or digital spaces for events, they may be connected with nature. Physical spaces will have reasonable access via road or train and ideally nearby an international airport, providing sufficient parking space. They are accountable providing a pleasant, safe environment for Unleash Leadership founders, partners and clients, while on-site, and meeting all local health and safety requirements. They may also be responsible for providing catering.
