Bringing value to my customers is my highest desire. Being the daughter of entrepreneurs, I learnt early in my career that customer loyalty is key to your business success combined with a motivated team that adores contributing to the company’s success. With a master’s degree in German-French Management, I worked over 13 years in business consulting companies like Deloitte with stops in Germany, France, Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland focussing on risk management, strategy development, turnaround management and change management. Since 2012 I am a certified coach, trainer and mediator and integrated this knowledge about people and leadership in my business consulting work. My greater goal ever since is to help women raise their potential and unleash their sales power to drive success. In my free time, I go horse trekking in the Swiss Alps with my horses and my husband.
