On19th October, 2017, 10:00–11:00 at the Good Festival, at the Olympic Museum- Lausanne, Switzerland, Natalia Blagoeva, co-founder of Unleash Leadership will hold a leadership development workshop My Journey to Being an Authentic Full-spectrum Leader, for Social Entrepreneurs and Change Makers and others on the journey to authentic leadership.

This leadership development workshop will be conducted on World Values Day within the 3rd edition of the Good Festival running between 17th and 21st of October 2017 in the Olympic Museum of Lausanne.

During the workshop, participants will conduct a Personal Value Assessment according to the Seven Levels of Consciousness Model of Barrett Values Centre and will reflect on the current stage of their journey towards being an authentic leader. They will learn what being a full-spectrum leader means and will get a glimpse into how being a full-spectrum value-based leader will help them find fulfilment, make better choices, clear road blocks and ultimately unleash their human potential, scale their impact and prosper.

The Good Festival gathers global sustainable innovators to collaborate with each other in building a better world — across industries, countries and professions, to promote each other, to celebrate each other’s success stories and raise funds.
