Welcome Muhammad Ghulam Ghous Afzal to UNLOC

Muhammad Ghulam Ghous Afzal has the end responsibility for the logistics value chain at Kolonial.no, Norway’s e-grocery leader, as Head of Transportation and Distribution Network. Prior to Kolonial.no, Muhammad held various positions for UPS, PostNord, Posten and Bring, developing end-to-end logistics solutions, strategy, business and pricing models.

Muhammad has a life long dedication to the domain of Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Freight, Export, Distribution, Operations and Optimization, combined with Business Development, Strategy, Sales, Product Development, Customer Journey Mapping and Service Design. Through managing deliveries for large clients in this space, he has learned how to meet demand with supply — while always considering the customer’s experience in every step of the journey.

The ability to make no customer ever feel neglected, is something we at UNLOC value extremely highly .Muhammad has a unique combination of extensive domain knowledge and a raw passion for creating amazing customer experiences.

Muhammad will join UNLOC as a member on the Board of Directors.

As UNLOC builds its ecosystem of providers who deliver products and services into people's homes, a lot of uncertainty has to be addressed in a safe manner. Muhammad will help us identify the most pressing issues, and advise on how to fit our services to actual demands.
