Here is an effective recipe to cook up riots with property damage, arson, looting, destruction, with a side order of murder. Sows racial division and enacts more socialist legislation. Serves 325 million.

2. 1 Black Man with a heart condition
3. 1 White Cop
4. 3 Non-Black Cops (of any race but black)
5. 1 Cell Phone
6. Non-Journalist Media
7. 1 Rich Marxist who funds organized domestic terrorist groups
8. 1M Social Justice Warrior (SJW) Programed Citizens indoctrinated in SJW ideology, morally outraged, factually and politically ignorant
9. 10K BLM Socialist Racists (“Black Lives Matter” group and mislead supporters)
10. 10K Thug Thieves
11. 10K Antifa Narcissists

Preparation

1. China’s government releases the CCP virus.
2. China’s government directs WHO to publicly lie about the risk until it spreads worldwide.
3. Create a panic among the general population using “experts” who make their living on infectious disease hype and fear.
4. Implement arbitrary lockdown orders, randomly shutting down small businesses, schools, and entire industries. Use media pressure and the preachers from the religion of The Science for guidance.
5. Exempt all politically valuable large corporations from shutdown orders.
6. Mandate house arrest for millions of innocent, healthy people. Issue lies to mislead and create panic among those stuck at home watching TV and drinking Cool-aid.
7. Simmer stew on moderate heat a minimum two months, until 40 million people file for unemployment and the economy is on the brink of collapse.

Cooking

1. Give Black Man enough drugs to have 11 ng/ml fentanyl in his blood.
2. Black Man commits the petty crime of buying cigarettes with a counterfeit $20.
3. Store clerk approaches Black Man, saying he must return cigarettes and then can go home. Black Man refuses.
4. Black Man sits in his car. When confronted by Police, he resists.
5. White Cop holds handcuffed Black Man on the ground with a knee on the side of the neck in a restraint that looks horrifying.
6. Black Man dies. Use cell phone to video Black Man’s death in Police neck restraint.
7. WARNING: Do NOT reverse the races of Black Man and White Cop at this step or the stew will not cook. Do not use substitutes. These ingredients are critical.
8. Non-Journalist Media and BLM Socialist Racists leap on the preferred narrative to create inter-racial tensions. Claim Black Man’s death is due to systemic racism and an epidemic of white cops killing blacks. Ignore all facts.
9. Activate all SJW Programmed Citizen cells.
10. Protests are held by BLM Socialist Racists and SJW Programed Citizens.
11. Non-Journalist Media carries the preferred racism narrative 24/7 to fan its smoke and flames.
12. Antifa Narcissists and Thug Thieves join “protests”, grabbing the opportunity to loot, destroy property, set fires, assault, and murder.
13. Governments fail to protect property and lives.
14. Businesses are destroyed, people are injured, and murders occur in ensuing chaos.
15. Law and order breakdown as police are either overwhelmed or ordered to stand down by corrupt, evil politicians. Police quit.
16. Repeat steps 10–15 until stew is cooked to taste. If cooling occurs early, stir in one or two additional Black Men and White Cop incidents. Again, no substitutions on this step or the stew will not boil properly.

Next Steps — Clean Up

1. Politicians implement additional gun control and socialist legislation.
2. A Federal agency is formed with newly invented unconstitutional powers to expand federal government overreach. The Supreme Court ignores the Constitution and concurs.
3. Trillions of dollars are borrowed and printed to prop up the stock market, bail out politically connected large corporations, fund crony programs, and to purchase votes. The value of the US dollar continues it slide toward zero.
4. America’s Founders perform a massive roll over in their graves, wondering how the people ever let the strictly limited general government they created turn into the biggest and most expensive government in all of world history.
5. In trial of White Cop, the neck restraint is identified as an approved non-lethal procedure. Black Man’s death is attributed by Coroner in court to cardiac arrest, due to his artery blockage and hypertension, with stress of arrest a contributing factor in an Excited Delirium state.
6. White Cop is found innocent and released after overcharging Prosecutor fails to prove murder beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury. White Cop gets a full pension and moves to a beachfront condo in Florida. A new wave of riots commence at the news.

Dessert (future)

Non-Journalist Media and BLM Racist Socialists celebrate their success, then watch for the next useful event to fan the flames of racism and enact socialism. SJW Programmed Citizens are loaded with additional software by government schools in preparation for their next activation. Citizens lose even more freedom for a promised security that never comes to be. Government expands. Liberty is lost.
