We can’t overstate it — Unsplash would not exist without our creative community. From the contributors who have generously gifting over 1 million images to push the open photography movement forward — to the creatives who use the Unsplash library as a source for inspiration and innovation in their work.
At Unsplash, we have a Community Team dedicated to — you guessed it — our community! Every day, our team of three works to make Unsplash a great place for the people who’ve built the platform to what it is today. That includes everything from curating the editorial feed on our homepage, to planning campaigns like the Unsplash Awards.
But in the end, a lot of what we do comes down to responding to your questions — whether you’re wondering how we select who gets featured, or you’re not sure how to upload a photo.
And as our community has grown, it’s become more and more important to ensure that we can communicate and respond to your questions quickly, while making sure that nothing slips through the cracks. Which is where Groove comes in.
Groove is a customer support system designed specifically for growing businesses that are looking to scale their support with customers without overcomplicating the entire process. With minimal features, the simple tool focuses on empowering you to deliver personal customer service, collaborate with teammates, and increase your productivity.
