Last year was difficult for so many. We all went through so much. Do not be embarrassed of what you feel. Feelings are natural. People who shame others for it and do not understand them I feel sorry those people. I feel sorry for people who do not understand natural feelings. If you feel anxious, sad, scared, broken, happy, excited, thrilled express it. Share your thoughts, share what you feel.
Also, SOMETIMES IT IS JUST IMPORTANT TO HEAR SOMEONE AND NOT ADVISE!!
Sharing is important, knowing what you feel and why do you feel it is also important. If you are overwhelmed do not hesitate to reach out to counsellors/therapists because sometimes you need to process, and friends are not enough. Accepting that you need mental health support is not wrong. It might be the best decision that you will take for yourself, if you are honest in therapy. Mental health is real. Mental health matters. Its is important to address it.
