Our work culture and environment have always advocated discipline, efficiency, and productivity, and it is hard to believe that having fun at work can contribute to encouragement for an organization.

Studies reveal that making workplace fun can be a cost-effective and profitable engagement mechanism that directly correlates with increased employee satisfaction, cultivating morale, and improving customer service quality. And when we say “fun,” we’re talking about it as an outgrowth of culture and environment that’s positive at work. Activities, whether formal or informal, done, and designed to promote fun at the workplace at Fluper:

· Validate the employees.

· Promote Creativity.

· Business Enhancing.

· Build a more centered, stronger team.

APCO Insight and MMB surveyed 400 owners of small businesses and found that 96 percent of meetings yield positive ROI. Focusing on events at the company is an investment. While investing in marketing and recruiting, we can also invest in corporate activities to see better outcomes.

WAYS IN WHICH WE CREATE FUN AT FLUPER

Here are a few forms that we are contributing to making our workplace more engaging in general, and make our staff look forward to getting into work every day.

Fun Fridays

Fun Fridays is a day dedicated to being friendly, fair play, and have a good time. It lasts for 30 minutes. Taking a break from all of the work and learning by activities, it is a time for our staff. It’s stunning to see how the atmosphere is lightened by a small competition. It is a good motivator to develop weekly activities that will involve the staff. Sweeten the pot with a bonus for the winner and they love to come to work.

· Building a social network that loves fun

We provide the tools that need to create your internal social networks. These are meant to assist our workers in project work, and also have a friendly outlet. Uptalkies is one such platform we use for setting up a social network where our staff can share the funny stuff they find online. Each time an employee needs to have a little comedic relief, engaging in Uptalkies is beneficial.

· Take time to celebrate wins

Building achievements that will benefit the entire organization. Better still; attempt to set aside a small portion of the office parties and profits from sports. Employees will perform better knowing their contributions would be praised and rewarded for their accomplishments.

· Organize Volunteer Events Group

We organize activities where workers volunteer to support a good cause. This is a great way to give back and develop positive employee-to-work relationships. We choose a cause that is close to the hearts of our employees to help with shared involvement.

· Celebrate fun on the day of work

Granting our staff a day to come in and have fun with us instead of focusing on Work Day. Plan a whole day of team-bonding games, animations, and favorites. Cater for lunch, and have snacks on well-fed deck people are happier people. It may be perceived by a few managers as a waste of a day’s work, but in the end, it will be more than compensated for by rising productivity rates.

Conclusion:

These kinds of fun events are much more than just a chance for employees to gather. Whether you have an annual awards ceremony at a banquet, a summer barbecue, or a holiday party, it’s much more than just sitting back and letting your hair down.
