saddarSanam — verse 22

dhiyO prakaSam paramO vitIrya
svayam dhiyO’ntaH pravibhAti guptaH 
dhiyam parAvartya dhiyOntarE’tra 
samyOjanAt ISvara dRshTiH anyA

Supreme lord gives light to the mind
and within the mind THAT shines secretly 
by turning the mind inward and firmly
fixing in THAT is the real vision of GOD

Giving intellect as light to mind, lord enters inside the intellect and glows continuously in an unseen manner. Normally the mind goes outward and observes several objects of senses. By turning mind inward towards the source of the light and fixing it in that way is a sure method to achieve lord’s vision. This is call antarmukhatvam a positive introversion.
