4,000,000 Token Airdrop For UGP Holders
We are allocating a pool of 4,000,000 UPARK tokens to uPark Genesis Pass (UGP) holders.
The first four UGP sales have blown away all expectations, fully selling out on all minting rounds. There is one more sale to go, when the final UGP is sold we will then implement our holder airdrop strategy.
What is a holder airdrop?
With a holder airdrop, you will receive UPARK tokens for holding your UGP, until the time we are ready to launch our car spot NFTs. The amount of your airdrop is determined by which rarity UGP you hold (common or rare), a snapshot will be taken to determine this.
When, how many tokens, how?
There will be two airdrops for anyone that holds a UGP. The date and time will only be released once the snapshot has been taken. Once the snapshot is taken the uPark team will automatically airdrop tokens to the ERD addresses from the snapshot.
- Rare UGP will be worth double the airdrop of the common.
- UGP that are for sale on secondary markets will be excluded from the airdrop.

You now have one final opportunity to mint a UGP on our last sale or snap yourself up a UGP on the secondary markets. Once the last UGP is minted we will then begin the holder airdrop campaign.

The goal of this wave is to give people the opportunity to invest in the uPark NFT ecosystem if they are completely new to the project or previously unaware of uPark.
There will be no time limit for the UGP to sell out, the price of the UGP will still be cheaper than the lowest tier spot NFT so this gives anybody the chance to invest into a spot NFT early and at a lower cost.
Some keys points to note:
1️⃣ As an early adopter and a current holder of a UGP you can now see the value in which you minted compared to the final minting price.
2️⃣ The target will be to lift the floor price.
3️⃣ Gives new investors the opportunity to mint.
4️⃣ We have long term plans & goals. It is not critical that we sell all UGP — But it gives you the chance to join us at a heavily discounted price.
