Feature update: Assign managers to any site or group of sites

With the latest update to user permissions, we’re making it much easier to shape Trail around the way managers work

The number and nature of sites that managers are responsible for can vary massively. They might look after a single site, area, region and everything in between.

The business needs flexibility over the sites they’re assigned to.

Managers will soon be able to be assigned to any combination of Individual Sites and Groups of Sites 🎯

When you might want to use this:

• 🏖 If a manager goes on holiday, assign another to cover their site(s)
• 🗺 For regional managers who look after multiple areas, or have overlap with other managers
• 🤹‍♀️ For a GM who spends their time between two different sites
• 🕵️‍♀️ For auditors who need reports for all sites but not access to the task planner

All companies can expect to see the update in the coming weeks
