This couple proved it’s never too late to find love

Rob Cave, 91, and his wife Margaret, 92, became Britain’s oldest newlyweds when they tied the knot last Friday.

The couple got together after losing their respective spouses within months of each other — proving you’re never too old to find happiness.

An amazing little girl, who lost all her limbs to meningitis, aced her first day at school

Harmonie-Rose Allen was given just a 10% chance of survival when she contracted deadly meningitis as a baby.

But the plucky four-year-old proved doctors wrong, and with the aid of her new prosthetic legs, walked into the classroom on her first day of school this week.

This dying man’s wish to eat ice cream was granted

After being told terminally ill Ron McCartney hadn’t eaten anything for days, a kind-hearted ambulance crew in Australia granted his dying wish and made a special stop to get him a caramel sundae.

Ron, 72, enjoyed the treat on the way to hospital, where he later passed away.

Someone left this nice note and a tenner for paramedics

At one point, there seemed to be a spate of stories around about nasty notes being left on ambulances when paramedics had accidentally blocked people’s drives.

So respect to the lovely person who left this nice note and £10 for one crew to buy themselves a coffee.

A ‘cake fairy’ has been leaving treats for people

No one knows who the mystery baker is — but the cakes and fudge, with little notes attached, just keep on coming.

The anonymous baker drops off treats to neighbours in Edinburgh in the middle of the night. There could be worse people to live next door to! 🍰
