We invited three successful businesses to participate in this case study. The end goal was to increase clarity in their message and speed up the writing process. Through this study, we were able to gauge how our AI-based writing assistance helped each sector with its communication.

Meeting the needs of every small business in the US

When launching a successful business, a B2B organization sets out to fill a void in the marketplace. Upfeed’s strategy is no different.

Upfeed’s solution comes in the form of a cloud-based app that provides direct feedback on your written correspondence. Who couldn’t use quick help in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and clarity in writing? This tool spits back feedback in 1, 2, and 3.

Upfeed’s logic hones in on areas that are top of mind for professionals. It is perfect for the typist who a) cares about their audience and b) seeks a second set of eyes on business documents. These range from the short form (internal emails, letters to clients, and sales proposals) to the long-form (marketing collateral, RFIs/RFPs, and e-books). Imagine earning an A+ every time you hit “send.”

100% on target

Joakim William Hauge, Upfeed’s Founder and CEO explains, “When introducing a new concept, you want to make sure that it resolves key issues across varying sectors and clientele. For this reason, Upfeed tests its assumptions from a wide base of perspectives.”

No matter the industry, Upfeed has got you covered. The Scandinavian-based tech startup recognizes that every small business wants to deliver writing that is 100% targeted and easy to compile. Upfeed enlists its partners to evaluate their AI (artificial intelligence)-backed tool. The comprehensive test focuses on three key areas:

· Functionality of the app

· Intuition of the recommended changes

· The experience of the user (UX)

Financial gurus are on board

There is an overwhelming need for insight and precision when it comes to wealth advisement and planning for the future. That may be why the Livingworth group took full advantage of the opportunity to try out an innovative, new tech tool. With a diverse base of clients from all over the country and world, Livingworth sees an opportunity to connect with them. Wealth Advisor and CEO, Brian Doe, shares his experience with the Upfeed tool. Brian cites, “I appreciate the simplicity. My staff was able to receive the link and immediately run with it.”

Other members of the Livingworth team also reap the benefits of the trial. Digital media professional Andrea Myers explains, “I received recommendations that were on target. The experience took me back to my business school days. It pointed out a compound sentence and the use of a passive verb.”

Andrea appreciates the depth of know-how that goes into bolstering the product and praises the dedication of the R&D team.

Greenlight from the rental property space too

Like any top-notch product, the developers put a lot of focus on the design and presentation of the app. The users are a diverse group. They range from students and millennials to business people and professionals to retirees and baby boomers. For this reason, the Upfeed team built the tool to be intuitive to all. Erin Winter-Shirey, college professor and co-founder of Stay and Play UGA is also a tester. She zeroes in on the tool’s presentation noting, “I liked the color-coded aspect to the analysis breakdown.”

While Erin is a seasoned writer, she works with people who do not write communications on a daily basis. Erin points out, “The strength in the Upfeed tool is its universality. It appeals to all levels and all types.”

This boutique rental company also gives the Upfeed tool a “go.”

Non-profits get help

CASA is another organization that deems heightened communication a must-have. In the case of this non-profit, the fate of a child may depend on it.

Amy White is a court-appointed volunteer advocate on behalf of young people that have been neglected or abused. One of Amy’s key tasks is to compile a written report. As a lawyer, Amy has experience in submitting proposals to a judge and related parties. She contends that the tool “would be helpful for other CASA volunteers.”

There are many who don’t have experience in the legal realm. Amy’s feedback comes from hands-on experience with the tool which she describes as “well presented and easy to use.”

In this day and age, professionals are moving faster than ever and time is of the essence. Amy appreciates the feedback on her own writing. She shares that

“The notes on ‘sentence recommendation features’ were super helpful.”

Even advanced writers benefit from a second set of eyes.

The final test

It’s amazing to observe how different industries, be it finance, real estate, or non-profit are of the same mindset. The Upfeed tool helped to ease the stress of their workloads and level up all writing outputs.

Think of it like a scholarly friend who provides intel on structure and readability. Like your friend, Upfeed has got your back. It uncovers problems that you didn’t know to look for in the first place.

The Upfeed tool is a must for people like you who are in need of a second opinion. It could be for an all-important assignment or in your everyday communications. Test it out today, and let us know if it didn’t boost your confidence level 100%.
