We’ve made huge strides this year in our quest to cement our position as the most useful, reliable and friendly product (and company) for hosts.
Our mission at Uplisting is to make it as easy as possible for you to maximize revenues, wow your guests and optimize operations. Our intention for each feature release is to get you closer to that goal.
Smart Rates for Airbnb and Booking.com
Airbnb and Booking.com are the two most important booking sites for our members, however, they both deal with commission in very different ways. Booking.com charge the host and Airbnb charge the host and the guest.
Uplisting’s Smart Rates solves the issue by automatically calculating the commission charged when syncing instantly with each booking site.
Bulk rate update
We introduced bulk rate update to allow you change rates for multiple (or single) days and property’s over large or small date ranges.
For example you can update the rates for Friday’s and Saturday’s for from now until the end of January 2018. These rates will then sync instantly with Airbnb and Booking.com — with commission included.
Your Uplisting calendar will always display your ‘take home’ rate so you will know how much you will earn from a booking.
Airbnb Instant Sync for Instant Booking
Airbnb Instant booking is now one of the most important factors determining the search ranking of your listing. At the same time, rejecting a booking due to a conflict with another booking site results in a fee of up to $100 and will negatively affect your search ranking.
Uplisting Instant Sync for Airbnb allows you to switch instant booking on with confidence. Rather than wait up to 3 hours for Airbnb to sync with other booking sites via iCAL, Uplisting will update your Airbnb calendar every 5 minutes.
