In 2000 Zarine Kharas and Anne-Marie Huby founded JustGiving. JustGiving is a global online social platform for giving, they provide online tools and services to enable the collection of charitable donations which service over 13 million fundraisers and 26,000 charities, organisations and schools. In 2016 they reported collecting £4 billion.
I helped JustGiving develop and embed their B2C re-brand — taking them from ‘PayPal’ for charity to a ‘Social Giving’ fundraising platform for people that want to support a cause they love. I worked with an external and internal multidisciplinary team to develop propositions that targeted new audiences and launched a visual direction based on storytelling that represented their new business model.
