up//root is looking to build a community of peer reviewers who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). We will be taking volunteers (with the possibility of a small stipend) in an ongoing process, so please submit when you feel ready. We will not contact you until we have a piece that is aligned with your particular experience and skill set, so timelines will vary.

Please send us your info via this form: https://forms.gle/SUFbyuF4TsACgQzw6

Thank you for coming along on this journey with us.

If you have any questions, please email uprootknowledge@gmail.com.

uproot

up//root is a space for Black+Indigenous+People of Color to share their meditations on their knowledge, experiences, and ways of being in libraries and archives. It is meant as a place for collaboration and community, grounded in criticality, antiracism, and anti-oppression.
