Sometimes you get the brilliant thought of: “Let me just buy more so I don’t have to shop for a while.”
Honey, it will rot. Buy, just, as much as you eat, not all greens can stand for a week in the fridge. I had to learn this the hard way.
2. HOUSE CHORES:
- Tidy that bed the second you leave it.
Tidying your bed will give you a boost of energy for the day, it gives your brain that dopamine of achievement and that sets the mood for the remainder of the day.
- Wash the dishes the second you put them in the sink.
Once they pile up, you will continue slacking, then you will have to face it eventually and you’ll swear NEVER AGAIN but that habit needs to be tackled from the beginning. DO NOT buy too many plates/spoons/cups it will give you more dishes to wash. Buy EXACTLY what you need.
- Do your laundry regularly, it’s much better than not having anything decent to wear.
Having a routine for your laundry will make it easier to deal with it. For example, make Saturday a laundry day so you can chill on Sunday. ( It’s up to you but just make the routine.)
