December Poem

December, the month of icy dreams,
Where wonders unfold, or so it seems.
Will this year bring a miracle so grand?
As December arrives with a frosty hand.

A cool breeze whispers, teasing old wounds,
Stirring memories, as the month looms.
December, you came in a cruel style,
Stirring pain, causing tears to compile.

The strikes on my heart never find peace,
And the cold winds of December increase.
Yet, I yearn for you, with a desperate plea,
To come back, fulfill the promise made to me.

Let him know, dear December, the autumn’s here,
And with its arrival, he should reappear.
Bring color and life to this world so gray,
Make my existence anew, day by day.

Oh, December, your final days pass with strife,
For even in the cold, you ignite my life.
But I endure, for hope blooms in this cold air,
That love may return and heal the wounds we bear.

So, December, let miracles unfold,
And mend the fragments of a story untold.
May this icy month bring warmth and cheer,
As love returns, dispelling every fear.
