2020 was undeniably one of those “ask” years full of twists and turns, ups and downs, ins and outs. However, despite the struggle and the “unprecedented-ness” of 2020, there’s always a silver lining and lessons to be learned.

Here at Upside Business Travel, we learned that we are even more resilient than we thought. We learned that we are a strong, cohesive team that cares for one another. We learned that we are capable of almost anything we set our minds to. We learned that even in the midst of crisis, we can find a way to win.

As we close out 2020 and begin to look ahead into the promise of 2021, we decided asked some of our fellow Upsiders what they learned in 2020 and we know we’ll all be keeping these lessons top of mind for years to come.
