Decision Theory: Group decisions are much more complex than gathering to gain collective knowledge.
In the film “The Social Network”, Mark Zuckerberg is quoted as saying “A group, a team, is more than the sum of its parts. It’s less. It’s the end result of people working together.” This is a great analogy for group decision-making.
