Meet the new members of the Upstate Interactive team
Say hello to the newest members of the Upstate Interactive team!
Ethan Tyo — Ethan recently graduated from the Syracuse University iSchool where he studied Information Management and Global Enterprise Technologies. Ethan is definitely a jack of all trades. He will be driving our new outbound business development efforts, managing our social media presence and taking on some Wordpress development. In his spare time, Ethan runs a plant based (Vegan) food blog where he develops simple and nutritious recipes, pictures, and helps promote healthy products and companies.
Michelle Roth — Michelle is interning with us to develop her UI/UX skills, as well as expand her knowledge with Javascript. A Syracuse native, Michelle spent the last few years in Los Angeles, working as a Landscape Architect. She channeled her love for design while taking a UI/UX class, which is where she discovered her passion for web design and programming. Michelle is currently taking the Front-End Design & Development class with StartFast Code.
Olivia Flynn — Olivia is eager to begin learning about computer science outside of the classroom. For her internship, she will be experiencing in-depth, hands-on web development. Olivia is a Computer Science major and rising sophomore at Syracuse University hoping to be accepted to the school’s Engineering/MBA Combined Degree program at the end of this academic year.
Rob Gaudio — Rob is currently pursuing an MS in Public Relations and an MA in International Relations at Syracuse University. Rob joined the team back in April and has been working with us as a Content Strategist and Writer. In addition to his part-time work with Upstate Interactive, Rob is working part-time with RACI, an organization that seeks to fund 120 Argentinian NGOs through foreign aid. He’s currently in Buenos Aires working on translating for and targeting European and American investors.
