In a world that is constantly evolving and becoming increasingly reliant on technology, there is sometimes a conflict between human interactions and technology forms. At Uptree, we merge the two platforms and create an effective careers programme which reaches future talent and empowers communities.

We aim to develop technology in line with our offline work and partnerships with our schools. We work hard online to ensure our face-to-face interactions are effective. We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional work experience days, award ceremonies, application masterclasses, development sessions, school assemblies, and industry-led workshops. We are passionate about building and empowering our communities online and offline.

Human interaction provides an emotional support to students which technology alone cannot; students considering their next steps are often confused, low in confidence, in need of more work experience and professional connections. We want to ensure that students know that they have the support of the Uptree team when they meet professionals.

In many cases, a simple 1-2-minute conversation with an employer can be the boost of confidence they need. Seeing our students grow in confidence, learn valuable skills and become more employable through our human interactions proves to us that we need to continue to Be Human.
