We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and analytical operations lead to join our growing team, working directly for the founders to help us build the best careers education company, transforming the career prospects of young people across the UK.
Our mission: for all young people to have the opportunity to connect with 4 or more meaningful employer encounters before leaving school. Why? because it’s proven that they’ll be 5 times more employable.
Our founding team, Tam & Lucy, were a teacher and a human resource professional. We have witnessed first hand both the problem faced by young people but also the issues that employers face. To continue to succeed and create an impact in our space we need to build a talented team and also a wider community that aligns with our mission and empathises with the problems that we are collectively aspiring to solve.

We are already working with amazing global businesses, and we are really excited about growing the delivery with current partners and developing new partners in the future. We are looking for an operations lead to lead on the delivery of partner projects in schools across the UK and support us in setting up to scale.

Be human: develop offline work via strong partnerships with schools and businesses, our technology development comes second
Empowering communities: Build a talented community that understands the issues faced by young people so we can effectively influence others to make positive change
Our core purpose is to unleash talent and empower all young people to reach their full potential.
