Welcome Aya Neeman, Our New Associate at UpWest

We are thrilled to welcome Aya Neeman who joins us as our newest Associate!

With diverse experience in Sales, Customer Success, and Product at startups like Riskified, Pagaya, and Balance, Aya brings a unique understanding of the high tech industry from within. Specifically, Aya brings first-hand experience engaging in foundational tasks of startup journey, from direct customer selling to shaping pivotal sales & CS processes, as well as managing key partnerships and fostering vital relationships with a wide spectrum of clients from SMBs to large corporations. Moreover, her internship at Meitar’s high-tech department gained her experience in startup financing rounds, M&A, and the legal dynamics inherent to startups. In addition to her Law degree (LLB), Aya holds a BA in Psychology, both from Tel Aviv University.

We are excited that Aya joined us and we look forward to working together and continuing amplifying our network & portfolio.

Based in Tel Aviv, Aya will work with our team across offices and spend time in the US to help partner with & support Israeli founders building in the US market.
