Learning New Skills

Our training program goes beyond enhancing existing skills by providing opportunities for our partners to learn new ones. Nurturing Through Unique Training Systems

Behind the scenes, a dedicated team works tirelessly to nurture our exceptional service professionals. We have implemented a unique training system that focuses on the individual development needs of each candidate. The initial training session takes place during the onboarding process, ranging from 3 days to 45 days, depending on the partner’s skill level and category. This tailored approach ensures that our partners receive the specific training they require to excel in their respective fields.

Skill India Certification

As part of our commitment to professional growth and recognition, all our service partners are Skill India certified. Through our MoU with the National Skill Development Council, our partners become members of the Skill India portal. This certification not only validates their skills but also provides them with a competitive edge in the industry.

Investing in Training and Upskilling

Urban Company’s dedication to service partner development is reflected in the substantial investment of 3.3 million hours in training initiatives in 2022. This significant commitment demonstrates our belief in the potential of our partners and our determination to nurture their talents.

Expanding Reach and Impact

In 2022, we successfully upskilled over 29,000 partners, further enhancing their abilities to deliver exceptional services. With a network of over 200 training centers across the country, we ensure that our partners have easy access to high-quality training resources.
