My Neighbourhood — Affordable Housing in the Annex

In this video, I introduce you to my neighbourhood in the Annex located in downtown Toronto. It is bordered by Dupont Street to the north, Bloor Street to the south, Bathurst Street to the west, and Avenue Road to the east. The Annex has traditionally been a student neighbourhood, since it borders the University of Toronto, and its people are largely English-speaking, well educated, and have a median income of $66,742.67, which is much higher than the average income in the Toronto census metropolitan area.
