Important Announcement: UrbanChange Foundation and App Closing

I trust this message finds you in good health and spirits. I’m writing to formally announce a significant decision regarding the UrbanChange Foundation and its related activities within our mobile application.

After thorough deliberation, we have resolved to dissolve the UrbanChange Foundation. Consequently, this will entail the gradual cessation of operations for the UrbanChange mobile app and social media channels. We recognize that this development may be unexpected, and it is our utmost priority to ensure a seamless transition for you and all our esteemed users.

As of Wednesday, May 8th, at 11 AM CET, the UrbanChange Mobile App will close, including the Global UrbanChange initiative and local communities. You can still redeem your UCoins for NFTs in the app shops until Wednesday, May 8th, at 11 AM CET, and while supplies last. As for local communities, redeeming is up to the community leaders’ discretion. Please note, that after May 8, UCoins/LocalCoins will remain in your custody but will no longer be usable within the app, and you will not have any further claims against the foundation.

Please accept our deepest gratitude for the collaboration and steadfast support that you have extended during this time. The commitment you have shown towards enriching our local communities has been truly invaluable, and we are immensely thankful for the energy and resources you have invested.
