NFT Euphoria and UREEQA’s Package of Proof

I think we’ve all read about it by now.

Celebs and companies are launching NFTs daily and more are entering the space as they see high value sales like this.

When the NFT sugar high wears off, people will start asking very important questions about the source image or video clip used in the metadata.

Questions like:

Who Created It?

Who Owns It?

Is it Original?

These are the very questions the UREEQA Validation process attempts to answer.

At the end of the process, items that pass Validation are minted as a Validated NFT. This NFT represents the Creator’s rights to the creative work.

I had a call with a US-based artist yesterday with many celeb clients. He said “so I guess, the Validated NFT is like my Master (like in music)”. I like that analogy and may use that going forward.

The Validated NFT will have an associated page in the UREEQA Premium Protected Collection where anyone can see all the Validation steps performed and a one-way hash of the work’s Package of Proof will be permanently written to the Ethereum blockchain.

Sure, any NFT platform can track sales and resales on a blockchain , however, not every platform can show the detailed Package of Proof UREEQA provides. This gives buyers the confidence that the NFT was only minted after the source creative work was thoroughly Validated.

Our Methodical Approach to Building a Solid Business

Against the backdrop of this NFT euphoria, it is not surprising that we are being contacted on a daily basis by companies, managers, musicians, artists etc. Many of them are recognizable names.

However, like I said at this point in the Ferrum interview, we are focused on building a solid business that will stand the test of time and we won’t prematurely pursue huge names for the sake of a short-term “pump”.

That may turn some folks away from UREEQA and that’s fine. There are LOTS of great opportunities in this space. We are supporters of many of them.

For those who choose to come along with us for this ride, we have already disclosed some names that have committed works to our closed beta. Names like:

Bryce Soderberg (Music)

Guitarist from Lifehouse, a band with a Billboard Hot 100 #1 Song of the Year.

Bryce even posted this on his Instagram account. No, he wasn’t paid to do that.

Dean Drever (Physical Art)

World famous sculptor who has created multi-million dollar works for cities and even the Olympics.

Kenny Aronoff (Book)

World class drummer with over 60 Grammy-nominated or awarded recordings representing over $300 million in sales.

Kenny has performed with artists ranging from Paul McCartney to Lenny Kravitz and Lady Gaga and is having his book entitled Sex, Drums, Rock ’n’ Roll! Validated.

There are more to announce including a 1992 movie by a Hollywood Producer we spoke to on Sunday.

Additional Proof of Our Access to Celebrities

We are delivering as promised in the Ferrum Interview.

At this point we are laser focused on our closed beta starting on March 23 and plan to implement the key learnings before putting our best foot forward to the larger names.

We realize that saying we have access to globally recognizable names is good but proving it is better.

For that reason, we will begin announcing some members of our Advisory Board starting this Friday.

It should be very clear that our networks will lead us to almost any person or celebrity we feel can benefit from our platform.

In the meantime, we will continue meeting with the companies and celebrities that are reaching out to us directly. My next such meeting is within an hour.

Keep the faith. We’re working hard for you here at UREEQA!
