Campus Ambassadors

We asked Adam Grant, Co-Founder & CEO of Campus Commandos to give us a sneak peek into his upcoming session at URx19!

Campus ambassadors are a trending topic in university relations and recruiting. As a tool to use former interns as company representatives on campus to identify top talent and uniquely engage with new candidates. Many companies are interested in piloting or establishing a program, but are unsure of how to begin.

I will be having a session at URx Conference in San Francisco on May 6th to discuss how brands such as Quicken Loans, Campus Commandos, and more developed their programs, including the cornerstones of program design and an outline of our plans for continued enhancement.

We will take questions and engage with audience members to create an interactive experience.

I will update points made in my writing on the matter, which can be read in Forbes, Inc. and Huffington Post.
