PUBES MATTER — as in keep them.

There is this myth or belief by women that their sexual partner will prefer a hairless V when getting down. The reality is that it doesn’t matter and it shouldn’t. One should just be happy to be having sex. Hairy or non, vagina is vagina.

The hair removal business is doing really well and I’m not a grand fan of this.

DISCLAIMER: Your vagina is yours and you may do whatever you like with it. I would just like to point out some facts and make false the myths you have come to know or think.

I assure you that pubes are there for a reason. Other than being a cushion for the pushin’, pubic hair keeps you safe. Some studies show that shaving makes you more vulnerable to infections. Infections transmitted through sexual activity as well as the toxic chemicals the vagina may come in contact with. This includes jeans, undies and menstrual pads.

If you’ve ever experienced hair removal you know the irritation that comes along with it. This irritation is from the inflammation that the hair follicles leave behind, leaving little evil wounds. This irritation combined with the warm and moist “mini-me” can lead to bad bacteria. Funky.

So, will you still be rocking the hairless pouch?

If you really find hairlessness necessary then do it but do it for you. But remember confidence is key! Sexiness does not come flying out of hairless vaginas; it presents itself through self-assured, strong and beautiful women.

So if you’re thinking about pubic hair removal please keep these facts in mind and be smart about it.

Remember pubes matter.
