USA TODAY NETWORK makes up a full third of Rising Star Award winners

Congratulations to Bridget Lane & Rob Gindes in Platform Engineering, Mark Hannallah in Product Management, Stephanie Solis (Reporter, Asbury Park Press), Haowei Qin (Data Scientist, Consumer Marketing), Dorothy Edwards (Multimedia Photojournalist, Naples Daily News) and Katrease Stafford (city government reporter, Detroit Free Press) on winning the 2018 Rising Star Award from the News Media Alliance.

The program honors “the energy, innovation and vitality of the news media industry,” specifically the creativity and ingenuity demonstrated by emerging leaders under the age of 30.
