ANALYSIS:

I’m fond of communicating with my friends through different social networks. I heard from one of my friend that one of the best online chat application is the Line. So, I, myself tried it.

Add a friend

Adding a friend is just easy because there’s a label for adding friends.

Send messages to one of your friend

Sending a message is quiet cool cause just like facebook, You can see whether the person already received your message.

Download Emoticons

Most of the emoticons are cute but most are not free.

Send Video message

Just like some of the stickers, Video calls is not free. You have to purchase some call credit.

Add one official account

This is one of my favorite. I can add my favorite group or artist who has an account on Line and chat with them. Just like this one, I add EXO, a korean boy band.

Post in a timeline

Line is not only for chat or sending messages but also for posting. It’s like facebook, twitter and instagram as well.

FINDINGS:

Line is very useful and user friendly, it’s just that most of its features are not free.

Suggestions:

Add some new features like video calls and group chat for free.
