What Do Nigerian Designers Earn?

A survey of Nigerian designers salary

Sometime last year, we ran a survey for designers based in Nigeria to understand the current landscape: tools people use, skills set, earning capacity & work functions.

Some findings were unsurprising: median income increased by years of experience, there are far fewer female designers than male ones, and interns and UI designers had the least median income.

It appears that the design industry is still in its infancy: more than half of the respondents had less than 3 years experience and 80% of them work at startups.
